Access to the Website
Access to the Website is reserved for persons over the age of majority in their state of residence. The Editor reserves the right to request proof of The User’s age, in particular if he or she should make an online purchase for any product or service available on or through The Website.
Access to and use of the Website is reserved strictly for personal use. The User agrees not to use The Website and any information or data contained therein for any commercial, political or advertising purposes or any other form of commercial solicitation including the sending of unsolicited e-mails.

To ensure the proper management of The Website The Editor may at any time:
- Suspend, interrupt or limit access to all or part of The Website, reserve access to The Website, or to certain parts thereof for a specific Internet user;
- Delete any information that may disrupt its operation or contravene national or international laws;
- Suspend the Website in order to make updates.
Article 3 – Responsibilities
The Editor cannot be held liable in the event of a failure, breakdown, problem or interruption of service which prevents access to The Website or any of its functionalities.
