By using the Website, the User confirms that they accept the following Terms of Use and agree to comply with them.

The current version of these Online Terms of Use is the only enforceable version for the duration of the site’s use and until they are replaced by a new version.

Access to the Website

Access to the Website is reserved for persons over the age of majority in their state of residence. The Editor reserves the right to request proof of The User’s age, in particular if he or she should make an online purchase for any product or service available on or through The Website.

Access to and use of the Website is reserved strictly for personal use. The User agrees not to use The Website and any information or data contained therein for any commercial, political or advertising purposes or any other form of commercial solicitation including the sending of unsolicited e-mails.

Any reproduction, representation, use or adaptation in any form whatsoever of all or part of these elements including computer applications without the express prior written consent of The Editor is strictly prohibited. The fact that The Editor may not initiate legal proceedings as soon as it becomes aware of any unauthorized use does not constitute acceptance of said use or waiver of prosecution.

The Editor cannot be held liable in the event of a failure, breakdown, problem or interruption of service which prevents access to The Website or any of its functionalities.

The equipment used to access The Website is the sole responsibility of The User. The User shall take all reasonable precautions to protect their equipment and their own data including from Internet virus attacks or malicious internet activity. The user is also solely responsible for any sites that they visit and any data that they exchange.

The Editor cannot be held responsible in the event of legal proceedings against The User:

Article 4 – Hypertext links

The Designer and Editor deny all responsibility for any information made accessible via The Website via any hypertext link whatsoever as such information is not under their control.

The installation or publication by The User of any hypertext links to any part of the Website is strictly prohibited except with the express prior written consent of The Editor.

The Editor reserves the right to refuse this permission without the need to provide justification of their decision in any way whatsoever. In the event that the Editor grants their permission it is in any case only temporary and may be withdrawn at any time without any obligation to justify the decision.

Furthermore, any hypertext link must be removed at the request of The Editor.

Article 5 – Data collection

The User may visit the Website anonymously without providing any personal information. Any information The User provides is intended exclusively for the Editor and shall not be used for any purpose other than that for which The User provided it.

In accordance with the provisions under French Law of Act No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 on Information Technology, Data Files and Civil Liberties, as amended, The User has the right to access, query, rectify and erase information concerning them to be exercised at any time through The Editor either by post or by e-mail at the Editor’s addresses mentioned in Article 1 of these terms of use.

For security reasons and to avoid any fraudulent request, any request must be accompanied by proof of The User’s identity. After processing the request this proof of identity shall be destroyed.

Article 6 – Cookies

The Website may automatically collect standard information. Any information indirectly collected shall only be used to track the volume, type and configuration of traffic using The Website in order to develop its design and layout and for other administrative and planning purposes and more generally to improve the service provided to The User.
